Why my j7 max camera is capturing blurry photos? It's camera totally clean and there are no scratches on camera but it tries to focus on objects but can't focus and makes the camera and photos blurry

Try clearing the data and cache of your phone camera app and also Reset settings of your camera app. After all these, if you still face the issue then visit your nearest Samsung customer service centre.

I do this also but still it's capturing blurry photos

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity) or check by changing the aspect ratio.

4) Turn on/off the Auto flash as per requirement.

I tried everything but nothing is working I think it is happening because of problem in camera sensor for focusing in background
