After Latest software upadate, my phone Automatically switched off when it is not in use 
Anyone know how to uninstall latest software update or any other idea

little idea I have ...that may you simply used mobile data or wifi for that big firmware update where one and only proper and recommended method is to flash that firmware by Odin or smart switch or through authorized Samsung service center especially when any big os update or new ui interface comes then one and only proper procedure is this ...we did same when it came to our device.....Samsung provides non A/B type ota software hence mobile data or wifi can create issues maximum time by which this forum is full with

use smart switch bro if possible.....problem is not mobile data or wifi problem is only if that software not installed fully or correctly which happened in maximum cases

I too have J7 prime it got security update of April I guess. No it has no restart issues.

1. Use mobile in safe mode for atleast 20min and check.
