I bought Samsung J7 Prime 2 mobile 4 months ago past 2 weeks my phone often gets switched off automatically. Earlier for this problem I walked in to Samsung service centre at Velachery Chennai.
They did some flash kind of things to mobile and they told futher the problem will not happen.
But I m facing the same problem.
I would like you to suggest on this problem.
Kindly do the needful.
