Apps crashing and not responding

now-a-day in my galaxy J7 prime apps are crashing too much. what should I do ??  
Many time many apps starts not responding. Especially facebook. It is troubling me too much. 
I'm just tired of these teo problems. Please help me out.

1) Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
2) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Select the application >> Clear Cache.
