Apps crashing and not responding

now-a-day in my galaxy J7 prime apps are crashing too much. what should I do ??  
Many time many apps starts not responding. Especially facebook. It is troubling me too much. 
I'm just tired of these teo problems. Please help me out.

Reseted many times. Nut the problem appear again after some days of reseting.

Try your phone in Safe Mode and find out the faulty third party app creating the problem n delete them if problem continues go to service centre

yeah don't install third party apps....just from play store and try to keep bare minimum apps in your phone.....also if u have a memory card it might havw virus ...format it once too when u format your phone

I scaned my phone and memory card with antivirus of my pc. There is no virus.

I always install apps from google play store. downling from web may cause harm
