Lockscreen not responding need to restart and lots of app crashed. did reset 3 times . battery took 2 hours to charge. nd drain very fast.

which app did u install recently? that might be messing it up. if u can identify and delete then fine. else back up ur device using SmartSwitch and factory reset.

i tried to do by smart switch bt an error comes tht ur s/n nd model isnt correct.

if i use fingerprint or swipe lock wont open. now i turned setting to none.
