Android 10 Update Error....On Galaxy J7 Duo!

I got Android 10 update on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo device today. After download process get completed it gives 2 options "schedule install" or "install now". I hit "install now". The phone then restarts and the update starts installing on a blue screen mode but as soon as it reaches 24% it says "ERROR" and then phone restarts again and a message pops up that firmware software update failed!

Can anyone tell what's going on? Or anyone in the community who has faced same problem with their devices or in particular Galaxy J7 Duo device?

pehle apne mobile ke data ko copy kar lena uske baad factory data reset kar do i hope uske baad update ho jayega

i think the memory was already full
or u r phone was rooted
try factory reset
or else flash your mobile
