Samsung is worst at service.

I am using it from 11 years. And got disappointed now. Chinese companies are better than samsung.

if the second case is true then let me tell you something 🤠

if you get you galaxy or any other device wet and you did not notice that usb port was still wet then you can damage your while charging with a small short circuit ........

in galaxy devices there comes a small notification (with no sound) that your usb port is wet and you should not change ,, it



now you know what can happen to any phone which is wet


i just covered a single point there can be some other issue like a counterfit cable or just the factory damaged device every brand have that even apple or mi or whatever....



so please check that it was not something on your side before accusing other rests to you.

dude. it was metaphor. i meant to say you don't have much expectations from vivo oppo poco mi oneplus(in the matter of support, other wise they give far far better hardware than any android phone company).

also Chinese brands don't give the things actually for cheap you may read their user agreement some day and all of them says i quote.
" any use of you private information that may or may not be personal can be obtained on the order of Chinese communist party for national security purposes and the person in consern may or may not reside in main land china......... jurisdiction under Chinese court......... in short we don't care about your private information we care about money from ad targeting and the orders of CCP. and a whole lot of more mess

even agter taking care fully u find that u cannot get warranty replacement what will you do.

don't try to be smart. you will get to know when u will face same issue.

at least chinese phones gives you better configuration (i was never fan of China product but after this encounter i thinkvoneplus mi are better than samsung).

but no warranty is forever you should have got extension for free but i am not a seller so i cant say


every one just got a different approach of thinking that's why android exist but i don't recommend a Chinese brand since you already got a flagship i think that ther are some alternatives private alternatives to China ..... you know what i am taking about. you could definitely thank me later.

It's not about Chinese are better than Koreans or Americans. No one is going to understand the problem that this guy is facing until they face which I hope nobody has to face ever. It's not like you can get rid of this by changing the brand. It's same everywhere. Hope it gets resolved and hope no has to face this kind of thing again. 🙏🏼
