Samsung is worst at service.
I am using it from 11 years. And got disappointed now. Chinese companies are better than samsung.

Hi,
I am a loyal customer of Samsung since 2009.
Me and my family use samsung mobile.

I have used so many mobiles including samsung.

My issue is------'

I bought samsung s10 lite on 6th feb. I faced ussue related to earphone and super fast charging beofre july 2020 which is less than 6 months.

I couldn't get time to go service center. So i reached at 5th feb2021. At the last day of my warranty.

There i got to know that my phone is imact damaged. Fornyou kind information there is not a single scratch on my phone(externally or ar mother board) so i told care centre people, they said they cannot do anything. So i just paid the billa and came home and called customer care.

The customer care team told me that it is misuuse of type c port.(2nd statement in same day). So as curious as you are i asked what is the meaning of that and how did u measure that it is the misuse of port. And no surprise customer care person said he has no idea about ir. And i assured me that i will get call back in 2 hours.

I waited for 2 hours and gess what i got no call back, i called back and reported again and got to know. That i'll get call back in 24 hours and yes i got. After 12 hpurs i got call back and person tolf me that he will contact customer care centre amd come back to me and yes no call back.
Meanwhile i got callback from care centre regarding feedback and i disscussed my concern to him and got a call from manager and at that point he looked like understanding person.
But i did not get any call back from customer care. So i decided to call back on 8th. And i did but got same promise like 5th feb (2 times). But from 8th to 10th theer was no call back. So i called on 10th again. And the person told me u'll get call back in 1 hour.
I waited for 2 hours and called back. Now the service representative person made a conference call and gess what, servicr centre people changef there statement that there was a small chip which was related to mic came out and due to which i was unable to use earphone and superfast charging. And then the manager of service center put call and hold and did not show up. But by mistake his hold option came un hold and me and call support team person could hear that he was saying that customer is very frustrated and call disconnected.

And then call support person tolf me he cannot do anything.

Herw u can see. Customer support team changed their statement 3 times in 5 days. Call center team did not contacted me, and i was the one who was made fooled by customer care team again and again.

So i guess this is the end of Samsung just like HTC. HOPE IT WILL FALL LIKE TAHT AND SEE THE DESTINY IT DESERVED.

Chinese phones are far far better than these phones. Less price more features with not hope

Yaa this is the scenario of every mobile companies. It's the tactics of their business. I can feel your pain. Be patient and strict to them they have to solve your issue.
