  • Ingredient detail.

  • Ingredient A
    1. 400 g Beef Meat in 3 inch in diameter large chunk
    2. 2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
    3. 2 tsp Salt
  • Ingredient B
    1. 60 g Shallots
    2. 6 pieces Chili Padi
    3. 5 g Live Turmeric
    4. 50 g Water (Use to assist blending)
    5. 250 g Water
    6. 3 stalks lemongrass (white part only)
  • Ingredient C
    1. 200 g Box Santan
    2. 3 pieces Kafir Lime Leaves
    3. 2 tsp Salt



Cooking step
Marinate the beef chunk with the ingredients A. Bake in oven 160C for 40-50mins. The meat should be dry inside.
Thinly slice the meat against the grains.
Place ingredients B with 50g of the water into the TMBowl to blend. EXCEPT Lemongrass. 10sec/Sp8
Add the 250g water. 8mins/V/Sp 1.
Add ingredients C and the thinly sliced beef. 8mins/80C/Sp 1
