I suggest you to check this out. Here he says Company is liable for free screen replacement, if no physical Damage is caused. If it still doesn't work, contact Samsung India CEO via mail.

This issue was only solution display replacement said samsung service centre but out mechanic was replace flex bond work now work 🙂
