Samsung Fold 2 Screen Protector

Hi

Can anyone help where or which samsung service center I can change the inner screen protector.

Dubai Mall don't have it, neither does galleria mall Abu Dhabi, they said they don't have the expertise and sparepart to change it.

I've Contacted Samsung call and they just told me to approach nearest Samsung service center. I did, they said they don't do it. And to approach galleria mall.

Can someone shed some light on this.

I have been trying to get the original screen protector ch as need for 3 months as it bubbling but samsung stopped supplying them to the gulf. After spending a lot of mo ry buying this phone, Samsung gulf customer service I form I have to wait until they have back in stock. Just unacceptable and poor post sale customer care again from samsung it provides to the customers in the gulf region. They don't dare to treat customers like this in Europe or USA as they will be hit with alot of lawsuits due to stronger customer protection laws.

Agree with you.
I absolutely love the phone. But every service center and every Samsung store has turned me away saying mo stock or unable to or no expertise to do so.
Worst customer care and service.

Samsung design their electronics to fail. They are arrogant ignorant with zero customer service. But every now and then they make a useful phone. Have no expectatikns and u will experience less dissapointment
