Follow these steps to enable intelligent wifi/ connectivity labs. Then go to developer options under labs and check the history. That could help to understand what's happening.

Have you tried disabling the band 6 and restarting your router? Is the router firmware up to date?
How did you apply December security update?

I have another router that doesn't have band 6 and still it does the smae thing.
Yes the firmware of the router is up to date
I updated with data.

If that's the case, it might be an isolated issue. It's worth visiting a service center to get it tasted. I believe it's still under warranty.
