You can add secondary language by following the steps " Launch your Settings > General Management > Select Language and input> Select Samsung Keyboard > Select Languages and types > Tap on Manage input languages > Toggle on your secondary language > Head back to Languages and types then select Language switching method > Choose your preferred Language switching method, then press the back key to apply changes "
