Wifi problem

Hi everyone , I am using f23 from last 2 years but now suddenly it started to automatically switch off and on .My phone's wifi , Hotspot and Bluetooth are not working now . Even I tried factory data reset but still showing error .If anyone knows how to solve it, pls help me out.

Bro never update your f23 bcz it's all bcz of the new security updates 🙏

I have updated every time on the same day the update has been released. Luckily nothing has happened to my F23 till now.
