Why i can't set custom launcher as default launcher ?

I'm trying to use custom launcher as my default launcher but while pressing home button it keep showing / asking for which launcher you want to use meanwhile i have already specified in default apps (custom launcher as my default launcher) and it's still asking me to select launcher between samsung pre-built and custom launcher i want to use.

Here in attached video you can see the exact problem I'm facing while setting custom launcher as default launcher in my samsung galaxy F41.

Here you can see the actual problem i want to describe.

Notes :

1) I'm not aware about any api changes made by samsung in latest update ( as user said me that samsung changed launcher api and blah blah).

2) Custom launcher that i mean by each and every famous launchers available in playstore.

Mere M21 me bhi starting me hota hai jab new launcher default select karta hu tab

Phir 1-2 baar pop up wale default pe click karne se ho jata hai phir nahi aata hai 🤔

Yash bol raha hai k samsung ne api changes kia he launcher k so aisa ho raha he, lekin pata nahi a ho kya raha he. 😁
