Why i can't set custom launcher as default launcher ?

I'm trying to use custom launcher as my default launcher but while pressing home button it keep showing / asking for which launcher you want to use meanwhile i have already specified in default apps (custom launcher as my default launcher) and it's still asking me to select launcher between samsung pre-built and custom launcher i want to use.

Here in attached video you can see the exact problem I'm facing while setting custom launcher as default launcher in my samsung galaxy F41.

Here you can see the actual problem i want to describe.

Notes :

1) I'm not aware about any api changes made by samsung in latest update ( as user said me that samsung changed launcher api and blah blah).

2) Custom launcher that i mean by each and every famous launchers available in playstore.

Did you tried some different launcher?

Yes tried.

Try keeping the app in "Never Sleeping" List in Battery settings
