Whatsapp problem

I can't open pdf files of dual WhatsApp in my gallexy F62. When I try to open any pdf file, the Office App shows " Can't open the file, Try saving the file on the device and then opening it". Also I can't find other files image, video etc. in the internal storage.pls help me

All r facing this issue, samsung technical team is sitting idle, no updates from them.. awaiting a quick solve from them.
