I have Galaxy F15 5G purchased in April 2024. But, since the month of October I am facing issue in using voice search due to primary microphone's non-functioning. Later, in April 2025 another blow came in addition to existing issue. Now, on a voice call person on the other side cannot hear me if I have not turned the speaker on, same happens on WhatsApp voice calls too. Talked to remote support, updated software, even factory reset the phone only to continue facing both the issues. Other than these issues the phone is working totally normal.
Does anyone know other tips or tricks in favor of solving the problem?
