WHY IS CARRIER AGGREGATION/4G+ EXCLUDED FROM THE SOFTWARE OF SAMSUNG GALAXY F62? Even though, the Flagship Samsung Exynos 9825 Processor is capable of 8× Carrier Aggregation.

So, you haven't included it in the System's Software WANTEDLY. Shame on you Samsung! Because even Budget phones have 4G+ Feature nowadays.IF A MOBILE IS INCAPABLE OF ESTABLISHING A GOOD NETWORKING, THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF CALLING IT A MOBILE? You've wasted my ₹24,000 by providing me the WORST mobile on Earth. (EVEN JIO PHONE CAN BEAT IT!). Because it hasOver-Heating, Battery Drainage issues other thanSlow Connectivity. From now on, I'll never buy a single product from you Samsung, because I don't want to be fooled again. I'll switch toXioami, because they CARE about Customers and especially NOT like you. I would also recommend NOT to buy from Samsung to all my friends and family.DON'T LOSE CUSTOMERS! I tried a walkaround as suggested by one user to select the band manually.  The data speed was consistent and higher.

Its very inconvenient as when travelling, have to change to automatic. While in a building with poor network speed, change it manually to the fastest band.

Almost making up my mind to sell this unit.

I used Netmonster app.

You will need to find from the internet, the bands used by service provider in your area. 

  • Open NetMonster app (allow GPS), in the default Live window click on the 3 button menu, choose samsung network menu
  • This is samsung hidden network menu
  • From left side main menu> Network mode> Band selection (radio button selection will change from automatic)
  • Main menu>Band selection, Choose only one band at a time. Toggle On Selection (at top right)
  • Test the data speeds
  • Change band number and compare for best data

If preferred band is selected or more than one band is selected, the sim will negotiate again probably go back to slowest speed. Choose just one band which gives the best data speed. Revert back to automatic network mode when not sure of best data speeds when travelling.
