Video recording problems

When iam recording videos on my f55 the video is ultra blurry at the left corner. Why this happening. There are too many problems with the f55. Overheating, camera and so on. Iam uploading the the video in link due to file upload limit.

Clean the lense.

Its not lence problem. It is a software issue. Only left down area and centre down area is blurred.
