I heard that F23 has recently got Oneui 6.0 beta update.But my phone still runs on oneui 5.1 and can't get any updates. So can anyone fix it?

Have you checked the OneUI 6 beta banner for F23 (M23) in this Samsung Members app?
You need to register by clicking on it for beta update...
