USB connected/disconnected issue

Since 2 days I'm facing this problem even though I did not connect any charger or usb. Also I find flickering on my phone and there is a problem while charging my phone too! It continuously shows charging and then disconnects. It doesn't charge properly. The problem is not in the charger as I've checked it.

I'm using the original charger...seems like few others are also having the same issue at the same time...it might be a software issue?
