System configuration update

What is configuration update and why did we receive it ? On f62

Was waiting for the January security patch and then this happened. What Is the use of this? How does this effect performance?

I believe next update is scheduled for April this year. Why will Samsung rush this update 3 months early then?

Beyond annoying that I'm basically ordered to install this unknown update on my phone with no origin info. They're getting pretty sassy, ay? I get to pay $1,000 for a phone and you get to load it with bloatware and dictate what and when I update, or I get to see this message forever, or at some point you'll just shut my phone down and reboot it yourself? They want us to get used to this control. Pompous a$$e$!!!
