Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered on my Samsung Galaxy F23 after the recent software update. Prior to the update, my phone displayed "SIM1" and "SIM2" icons during calls, indicating which SIM card was being used. However, since the update, a generic SIM icon is displayed instead, making it difficult and hard to distinguish between the two SIM cards during calls.

Just Checkout The Steps And Sollution I have Given Above.
Basically The Sim 1 And 2 Icon Has Been Disabled By Samsung After ONE UI 6.1

there is an option for changing the sim icon
go to settings -> sim manager -> change icon
this should make it easier

Ya i know your step.. but its difficult to identify whenever calls comes, search and make a call in busy times.. 🙄

The Sim 1 And Sim 2 Icons Has Disabled By Samsung.
You Will Have Choose A New Icon And You Will Have To Remember.To Set New Icon Follow This Steps:-
Go to settings -> Sim manager -> change Sim icon
Choose The Desired Icon->Click on Ok.

Who suggested this new concept?? Did you took any survey for this??. We need sim1 and sim2 name options also..
