Samsung F23 worth for 15K, My reviews after one month of usage. 

Pros:

1. 6GB RAM, Dual SIM Card, and Dedicated Memory Card Slot.

2. Average Camera Quality and High Phone Memory.

3. 5G and NFC Enabled.

4. The ability to use the internet while on a call.

5. No Heating Issues.

6. OK Battery Capacity.

7.Wifi calling.

8.Voice focus option for call

Cons:

1. Three-Finger Screenshot Option Not Available.

2. No Lock Screen Notifications.

3. No Battery Charging Indicator on the Lock Screen.

4. Absence of a green battery availability indicator can be considered a minor aesthetic or visual issue.

5. Absence of animated battery icon that fills with colour or indicates progress during charging.

6. Poor User Interface Options.

7. No Missed Call Ringing Duration Customization.

8. Auto Adaptive Brightness Performance Is Poor.

9. Headset Port Located at the Bottom of the Mobile.

10. SIM Card and Memory Card Slot Share the Same Tray, Making It Inconvenient to Remove SIM. you need to unmount the memory card via a mobile option before removing the tray

11. Poor UI call logs, contacts and its options are very bad. Not much options. 

12. Absence of options for limiting the number of connected devices or managing the number of users in the hotspot settings.

13. Non-Removable Battery.

14. Only 25W Fast Charging, and Using a Low-Wattage Charger May Cause Heating.

15. Reverse Charging Functionality Is Missing.

16. No Charger Included in the Box.

17. User low battery level settings not available.

Bro I don't think your pros are really pros cause I'm using my phone from 1 year and I have saw that while this phone has 6GB +6GB(RAM plus) still it doesn't have much free memory all time
2. Camera quality is decent but at 1440p/1080p 60fps should be available
3. 5G works perfectly but not while on a call
4. This phone gets heated as hell(about 45°C is average temperature) but the good thing is that at 50°C the gameplay is still better we can play BGMI at 50+ fps while on 50°C temperature
5. Battery is a big issue bro samsung phones don't have better battery life

Bro that game is just mentioned to talk about it's performance on high temperatures but it's a very bad issue for me (heating)

Bro Samsung Galaxy F23 is only available in 4GB, 6GB RAM variant I don't know that there's 8GB variant

can it play bgmi cod mobile for 3 to 4 hrs

If it's like 100% charged you can play like for about 2:30-3:00 hours after that when it reaches at 20% it'll lag the game because of low battery and high temperature but if you maintained the temperature at low then it would be great without lags
