It's been 2 months since I purchased samsung Galaxy f15, sometimes I face touch issue all of a sudden a part of the screen stops working. I was using a tempered glass & case for the phone, after I faced it for the first time I had removed it but them after 1 week I faced it again. And another observation, it is not the same part of the screen that stops working, it happened on different parts of screen, faced this 3 times, after the restart it is starting to work fine as of now.

Turn on touch sensitivity when you'll face the problem otherwise you have to complain to samsung about this.

I am ALSO suffering this problem from 2 months. A portion of the display stops working, sometimes auto-touch is showing. In Every 2-3 days, I'm facing this issue. I reset my phone multiple time, remove glass & cover, visited service center, they didn't helped me. issue not Solved. 😭
