Hey there, I'm user of Samsung Galaxy F41, however a few days ago it stopped working completely without anything having occurred to it—it wasn't dropped, it wasn't submerged in water, nothing. I had simply plugged in a charger when it was only 2% charging remaining.

Let me give you more specifics. It was the evening, and I was using my F41 as usual. After a few minutes, the battery had depleted from 10% to 2%, so I thought I should charge it. I plugged in the charger at 2% and got busy with other things. After  1 and half hour, I unplugged the charger and tried to unlock the phone, but it was not showing anything. I assumed it might be in power off mode, so I pressed the power button for a few seconds, but its won't turn on so I plugged in properly once more and started working, but when I checked my phone again after a little while, it was a little warm and hadn't charged. I attempted to use a different charger (different cable and adaptor combination), but it was uncharged. I took it to a mobile repair shop, but the technician told he couldn't fix the phone because it was dead.

What should I do because my phone has some of my most critical documents and other items and I need it ? How can my phone be fixed without affecting the data inside? I'm asking whether there's a way I could get my data?

First of all it's your fault, creating backup of complete device with files is compulsory because brands are only making phones without complete hardware and software inspection. They are rolling updates to compete with other brands without looking it's loophole.

Solution
Go to Authorised service center and ask them to fix it. I think it may be a battery damage if you felt it warm.

Never keep critical documents unbacked up.

It's Exynos 9611, so I think it's a motherboard issue. But if you are lucky, it might just be a battery issue. However, chances are high for the former.
