Galaxy FThank you for your reply. However, I must clarify again that this issue was caused by your One UI 6 update, not due to any physical damage or misuse.
Many users are facing the same issue — frequent restarts, overheating, and network failure — right after the update. Charging customers ₹10,000 for a motherboard due to a software-induced failure is not acceptable.
I request a proper escalation to your technical or higher-level support team, and a free repair or rollback. This is a matter of brand responsibility and consumer trust.
