Galaxy F
My Galaxy F23 became completely unusable after the One UI 6 update:
Restarts 30–70 times a day
Overheats badly (feels like more than 100°C)
No mobile network or Wi-Fi
Battery draining fast
When I reached out to Samsung Support for help, the agent simply told me:
> “As per guidelines, the repair services will be done on the chargeable basis. I already gave you the info I can give you.”
And then the agent disconnected the chat without escalation.
This is completely unprofessional and unfair. Why should I pay ₹10,000 for a motherboard replacement caused by Samsung’s faulty software update?
Please take this issue seriously. MANY F23 users are facing the same problem. We expect a free fix, rollback, or proper resolution — not a shutdown of support.
If you’re facing the same, please comment or like to raise awareness.

Dear Samsung Team,
Thank you for your response, but I must firmly state — this is now the 5th time I’ve received the same copy-paste message.
Your repeated suggestion to “coordinate with the service center” and pay for repairs is not a solution, especially when the issue was caused by Samsung’s own One UI 6 software update — not by physical damage or user error.
Let me be clear:
I have already visited your service center.
I was told to replace the motherboard for ₹10,000, without any meaningful diagnosis.
I also followed all your troubleshooting steps:
✔️ Factory reset
✔️ Safe mode
✔️ Cache partition wipe
✔️ Network settings reset
None of these worked. The issue still persists:
🔁 Constant restarts
🔥 Overheating (more than 100°C)
📶 No mobile or Wi-Fi network
🔋 Extreme battery drain
This is not an isolated case — many F23 users across India are reporting the same issue after the One UI 6 update. This clearly indicates a software-induced hardware failure, and not a physical or accidental issue.
❗ I am demanding:
A free motherboard replacement
Or a software rollback/fix update
And an immediate stop to these unhelpful copy-paste replies
Escalation to a senior supervisor or technical head
If I don’t receive a proper resolution, I will proceed with:
Filing a consumer court complaint
Publishing evidence and responses publicly on all platforms
Joining with other affected users to take legal action
We, as customers, are not asking for favors — we are asking for accountability. Please take this seriously.
Stop repeating the same scripted responses. Give us a real answer.
