After 5-6 days of updating my Samsung Galaxy F23 to latest One Ui 6.1, my phone restarts and stuck in a loop after having a loud beep. After this it finally turned on somehow and I find that the Wifi and Hotpsot ain't working. Please Samsung fix this issue. As a Samsung user, this type of software issue is a shame to us.

Please guyz Like this post so Samsung can see this...

I have faced the same issue in Galaxy F23 and following up with Samsung customer support for the last 2 months. They will first ask you to do firmware update, then ask for motherboard replacement for Rs.9000. If you argue, they will damage your mobile at their custody in the name of water log condition, convert the software issue into hardware issue stating that your phone does not have any IP rating for water resistance and will add another Rs.7000 for display replacement.

With that cost, you can buy a new mobile.

If you want to fight, make a complaint over them in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/

If your Galaxy F23 is restarting repeatedly when trying to turn on Wi-Fi and hotspot, with Bluetooth also not turning on, it likely indicates a software issue related to network settings and might require a reset or software update; try restarting your phone, checking for software updates, resetting network settings, and if the problem persists, consider a factory reset.

Network settings reset:

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings

Note: This will erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth pairings, so make sure to note down your passwords.

Cache clearing: Clear the cache of your network settings app.

Factory reset: If nothing else works, consider performing a factory reset, which will erase all data on your phone, so back up your important information beforehand.
Thanks 😊
