Hello there,

Am not able to Send SMS on my samsung f34. If anyone has faced and resolved the issue before please help.

I have tried using the message center number setting,network reset setting, clear data,cache etc but nothing works.

Do you facing this issue for all numbers or some specific numbers like 6 or 7 digit number?

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Check the message center number: Messages>More (Three dots)> Settings>More settings> Text messages>Message Center>Message center number and Tap on OK.
Note: Contact your service provider to get the correct message center number.

Clear the messaging app's data: Settings> Apps> Messages> Storage> Clear data>OK> Message app data cleared.
Note: kindly contact your network service provider once to make sure there is no issue from their end.

Thanks for the suggestions, I have few of the mentioned steps and not worked. Need to visit Service center, don't even know where it is exactly in my city. It seems to be far.

One question I have why only samsung mobiles are facing this message not sent issue. Till now I have 4+ brand mobiles never faced any issues after buying the phone.
It's kind of irritating that message not working in new phone. And you people are asking us do to that and this.
We do have our work to do. Your service centers are somewhere else. Which takes 3hrs+ to commute.

Why don't you guys resolve this issue while configuring the mobile?
