Issues with Phone/dialer app

For the past few weeks I have observed that the phone app hangs evertime I click on the information icon on the recents contact list. Even if it responds it takes a pretty long time to do so. I also receive a pop up indicating that the app has become unresponsive.I also reported this issue through the send feedback option in the pop up but the issue still remains.This is a serious issue as I am unable to add spam calls to the block list also I cannot edit the saved contacts.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps:

Check app Cache: Settings> Device care> Storage> Clean now.
Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings> Apps> Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory> Storage> Clear Cache.

Keep your apps updated: Developers often release updates to improve their app's performance and compatibility. It is highly recommended to keep the apps on your device up to date.

Galaxy Store apps: Open Galaxy Store, tap the Menu (the three horizontal lines), in the upper left corner, and then tap Updates. From here, you can either tap the circling arrow next to individual apps to update one at a time or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Play Store apps: Open the Play Store, tap, and then tap your profile picture. Tap My apps & games. From here, you can either tap Update next to individual apps or tap Update All to install all available updates.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Everything is working fine on my phone other than the phone app. If I change the default phone app to Google phone then I do not face this issue. However I did remove the app cache but the issue still remains. Also in my device care app I do not see the cache settings for storage.

I am facing the same issue also i have reported about this many times in error report section and galaxy store comments, samsung is clearly ignoring and taking no action.

Samsung never acts on customer complaints. Look at the kind of response that they have shared with me.

they shared the same response with me, they just know to copy paste without even reading the actual problem, leave addressing the issue.

No solution have shared screenshots screen recording with both safe and normal mode. Every other phone and contact app works but not of Samsung.
