Why Samsung take photos in .heic format? And what is heic?, what are the difference between heic format and other format like jpg, jpeg, Png, etc.

Because heic is more efficient than jpg, heic files are less in size and better in quality than jpg. If you don't want to use it Go to settings of your camera then Advance Picture Options then turn off "High Efficiency Pictures".
