I have got a green line issue for my Samsung Galaxy F54 5G after a software update. As per my research many Samsung users do face this issue and you have started a screen replacement policy for devices upto 3 years old. But under your policy my device model isn't covered.  Please help me to understand why my device model isn't there. This is really disappointing. There are a lot of customers who are getting this issue for the F54 model but no resolution is provided by the company. Please see this post:
I had purchased my device on 24th July 2023 and I got this issue on 5th August 2024 that is just after 10 days of one year. Please look into this issue and get my screen fixed under your screen replacement program and with minimal efforts from me.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

You can also get free replacement if your smartphone name is not in list But you'll have to follow some steps and that will took more patience and time.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of the member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your smartphone to service center and they can't refuse.if they refuse directly call that authorised person. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung directly. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.

It may take around 15 days

Yeah, my F54 is having the same problem since the first week of August. And the green lines are increasing day-by-day. I visited the service centre & they are saying the screen needs to be replaced for a whopping amount of 7533 INR. I even talked to the customer care of samsung they're saying that since no other complaints of F54 about the green lines has yet come hence there's no policy to do it without any cost. They even said that S21 & S21Ultra are having the same problem, and they're doing it for free.

 I have same issue with my F54 from aug and it increased day by day. same above reply from service centre. 

Even though I am samsung customer for many years for home appliences as well, but not in thought to switch to other brand. Totally disappointed with samsung new products and service.

After updating my Samsung f54 I have 2 green line in my phone. My phone under 1 year This is very disappointing for me I was not expected from Samsung 👍🏻
