Galaxy FI am also getting the same issue and this has come after the warranty expired. When contacted customer support they are saying it will be a paid service. They also said that they have not received any such complaints from customers.
I request all samsung users facing this issue to raise your complaints and fight with samsung for getting the issue resolved for free.
