I think green &pink line problem is not a problem,  this a feature provide by samsung, 
Thank you samsung for give us green & pink line feature....Now Totally 7 green & pink line on my galaxy F54 .

Stop buying any device of SCAMSUNG . Thug company. Aware others also not to buy garbage of Samsung at any Cost. Moto , One plus, Vivo, Oppo ,MI ...are providing far better quality products on less price.

Bro not only samsung, this green line problem happened by all brands ...so you should not gain this hope that other brands are good ....all brands are selfish type

But problem with Scamsung is that , they are selling their devices on higher price and after sale service is extreeeeely poor. Have you ever visited their service centres ? I have visited many times and most of them are 🫏 donkeys. Firstly they don't recognise problem and try to send back . Second problem, they have only two solutions for every problem .

1- Format your phone & reinstall software
2- Change the part and pay heavily.


Never try to solve any problem related to any feature / software/ settings.

kindly follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

● Power OFF Galaxy smartphones - To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap OFF.

● Power on the device- Pressing power key on the device after by pressing power button for 5-7 seconds.

● Update device software (If Software update available): https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

● In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service center and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
