Hey,
Recently I got a problem in my galaxy f14 that is whenever I am using my phone on 5g network after few minutes or if device getting heated while playing game 5g network automatically switch with 4g network 5g network is not constant while my friend Is using same network but other 5g device his 5g network is constant I tried with the customer care of both operator and Samsung also but I unable to resolve this problem. But I got it's temporary solution that is to reset network settings so whenever my device switch network to 4g I reset the network settings and I get the 5g network back. If you guys also have this type of problem with your device then share and give me the solution...

The only solution is forced 5G. I was facing similar issue while tethering. Install NetMonster and set network to '5G Only' mode. May solve your problem...
