Galaxy F1. Calls are automatically disconnecting after some time, or not connecting at all.
2. Today, the fingerprint scanner suddenly stopped working completely.
3. The 5G network is not working, and the 4G network works intermittently, sometimes showing a 2G network even though 5G is available.
4. I sometimes experience typing problems with the keyboard.
5. After registering a complaint with Samsung customer care, I received no proper solution, even after a personal visit to an authorized center.
6. They said the phone was not purchased from online shopping sites like Flipkart and Amazon, but only from the Samsung site.
7. Samsung authorized center personnel are dictating where I should purchase my products. Their duty is to resolve complaints, not to give orders or suggestions without my consent.
This has been a bad and frustrating experience.
