Hi,

I'm using F62, Facing issue with the screen as it fluctuating frequently and the colour changes suddenly to greenish.

I didn't drop the phone, not at all physical damage.

How should I resolve this.

Could try with a force restart, but I doubt that'll fix it, it's most probable that the screen itself is damaged by some means.
So just take it to a service center.
It could be something thay occurred due to software update.

Can it be resolved through factory reset? Have you tried?

I don't think it can, but one can try. It's the same issue logic as one plus phones, you may just need to change the display as the display itself is broken

Did you update software? Actually Samsung OS is the worst system among all other brands. I hv no idea why Samsung doesn't pay attention on Software section ? Just to lure consumers , launch new devices frequently and introduce new features which are hardly usable.
