F23 restarting automatically

My Samsung F23 6gb/128gb is restarting automatically, displays "Process system isn't responding Wi-Fi and Hotspot are not turning ON. Phone gets overheated and Network downgrade to 4G from 5G I have done factory reset    but problem still not solved .These all issues came after software update to ONE UI 6.1 and Android 14. Samsung is requested to take action on this, a new software update may be released to solve these issues.

I saw your post but until phone doesn't have any problem although 1time my phone get slipped my hand but luckily my phone doesn't broken and doesn't have any problem but it drain battery lot.

@Rothi Thanks for your reply, I'm glad that you are having good luck with Samsung device, but I'm having very bad experience with Samsung F23 I regret it now, i shouldn't bought this device

I'm from Bangladesh and my phone actually manufacture in Vietnam. So it doesn't have any problem.

You must not buy any device of Samsung at any cost , even if they offer on free of cost, throw in dustbin. Bogus company. Untrained staff at all the service centres. They are novice donkeys🫏. Only one solution they can provide - format the phone & reinstall software. This is the one & only solution they provide. Uneducated, Illiterate staff .
