F22 Device Screen Auto Rotate Issues

Dear Sir, 

First of all Thank you for allowing me to share experience about my samsung f22 device.

I have using this phone last 2 years before..

But I am facing now very bad bugs like it's automatically rotate screen even after turn off the auto rotate option ..I have checking all options what's the exact issue..But finally it is a software problem....

Please provide actual solutions
