Why samsung f54 has firstly degraded all function in f54 and also stopped dolly atmos. It is only available while using headset or earphone

I also have F 54 and there are so many issues with this phone. Basic functions don't work properly but Samsung installed many features & functions in this phone which are useless.

I curse myself the day 1st, why did I waste my hard earned money on this bogus brand. Swipe ( green phone symbol)was not working whenever I received any call . Shop keeper was very unprofessional & unsupportive. He didn't listen my problem and then I visited two service centres to solve the issue but they checked the touch sensitivity and said it is perfect. Then I contacted the customer care number and through smart tutor, they did some changes in setting. And then it was ok. I have no idea about the feature "Mute with gesture ". What is the logic to add this useless feature. I didn't have idea about it . So in the beginning days, whenever I get call , and if I moved slightly or phone is my pocket and as soon as put my hand on pocket, it would silent. In the same manner if you don't ON accidental touch protection, it starts calling to contacts or any app can start .
After 6 months, again same problem emerged. Swipe is not working on green phone symbol. I reset settings so it could work properly but after 3-4 days , again same problem emerge. I fed up with this bogus brand. In previous years , I bought Motorola, Mi phone but never faced any problem in the beginning days as this devil device harass me. I will never recommend any one to waste their hard earned money on this worthless brand .

First time it was solved by customer care toll free number. Before contacting them, I visited 2 service centres but they didn't solve the issue. It was December 2023. Customer care service staff member linked my mobile with Samsung Tutor App. He changed some settings in my mobile then swipe problem solved. But since last week of May, I m facing same problem. You try to reset settings in your mobile. It worked for me but after every 4-5 days , again I face same problem. Whenever I get any call, I swipe green phone symbol but it doesn't move. Then press on / off key which mute the call then swipe . After attending the call , again reset settings. Then it works for 4-5 days . It was first chAnce of my life when I bought Samsung mobile and now I fed up with devil device. It is my advice to you & others whosoever reading my reply, never buy Samsung mobile. There are other decent brands available in market, buy them instead of wasting your hard earned money on this samsung devil device

When did you buy this worthless device of Samsung? How long have you been facing the problem ? In previous years , I used Motorola, Redmi phones and I did never face any problem in these brands in the beginning years whether it was hardware or software. But this is the first time I bought Samsung Mobile and cursing myself to buy this headache. Please aware others not to buy this bogus brand. It will be the greatest service of human kind from your side . God will definitely bless you if you aware others and save their hard earned money to waste on Samsung device.

I brought this device 8 months ago. I am a causal user. I just brought this phone for its display, battery, decent camera and long term update. I am facing little bit issue with this phone now. I saw Little bit lagging and some bugs now.

Contact Toll free number. As per my personal experience, Samsung service centre staff is not well trained specially for setting & software issues. They will suggest you to format your device and reload software. If there is hardware issue and if you are in guarantee period, they will not tell you until it end. After that they are ready to sell you parts.

You can use inbuilt "Sound-Equalizer" in your galaxy F54 in Samsung Music Player. That Equalizer is very fine. You can test it.
