Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Also clear catche and clear data of this app also reset camera settings and reset all settings of your's device in general management settings. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

As per your query, please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Check physical condition of your camera lens.
Broken camera lens>> Scratchy camera lens.
Note: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

Reset camera settings:
From the home screen tap on Camera>>Tap on Settings>>Scroll up and tap on Reset settings>> Tap on Reset.

Clear camera application data-
Kindly check the device once after clearing the data from the camera app.
Please follow the below steps:
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on Camera>>Tap on Storage>>Tap on Clear Data>>

Remove third party application
Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications.
Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Select the third-party application from Apps (Eg. DU Recorder) >>Tap on Uninstall>>
