By turning power saving mode off in f23

Dear friends if power saving mode off on f23 will jio 5g calling become seamlessly. 

For instance I was having difficulty as at times when calling to anyone it use to keep latched on a 5g network and never used to switch to 4g for calls. With power saving mode off will it help me. 

Plz advice.

Should I change or remove it permanently? Without screen guard, how can it survive? Though I use it very carefully but if device fall or slip from my hand or pocket ?

An hour ago, I received a call from Samsung technical supervisor. He suggested me to visit Service centre. I asked him to remove the glass. He said if there is problem with protection glass, in that condition, your phone would have created problem in other functions also. If touch screen creates problem only during the receiving the call , it means there must be some issue in hard ware or software. So go to service centre for complete inspection to know the root cause. If there is problem with any hardware, it can damage other things also in future. And if there is issue only with protection glass , it also will be diagnosed

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

Kindly enable/ disable the power saving mode options once after performing the above given steps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
