Thats normal on the amoled screens or a bug in security update i was also facing this..
Navigate to settings > display > vision enhancement > reduce tranparency .
Boom the problems gone..

Issue solved but Logicali i disabled bluer so there is no any starchy bluer problem. Because there is no bluer at all just black background .
