Bro its simply because your device is not compatible for 5g the only phone compatible for 5g in f series is f23 .

You can check it on airtel thanks app they released the article mentioning which device are compatible from each brand go check it out .

It will be solved after an update. This is mainly an issue from the side of Airtel. They take a lot of time to recognize new models as 5g. They used to show that even phones like the s22ultra as non-5g devices.
