i am using c9 pro. my phone is not fast charging..problem starts in yesterday evening..its show only charging..can any one help me its cable r charger problem

fast charging port has been failed so u need visit nearest Samsung service centre

using another cable fast charging is showing

check, fast charging cable option is turned on ( Device maintenance - battery - then tap on 3 dots - advance options ). Or May be, Your charger or cable or Charging port is damaged. Check in safe mode, it charging fasr or not.
