Sometime ago in my hand set Galaxy C9 pro got wifi calling setup but not respond

I'm MOHD FIROZ from NEW DELHI, 

My handset is SAMSUNG GALAXY C9 PRO. About one month ago I got wifi calling setup but when I open then after some I got a notification couldn't connect to servic. Try again later

Why not working properly???

Plz solved this problem urgently my humble request.......
