Secure folder not working

When I try to create secure folder I'm getting message that my Knox failed to create the secure folder

unfortunately your warranty tripped / fused .... there is no way to recover again through software.... you need to change complete motherboard. 😦

may be custom Rom flashed or any system tweak by you

actually service centre removed my firmware and replaced it again with original one. can I claim that it happened because they changed my firmware.
